What Skin Type Do I have?
There are a few different skin types—normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive. Knowing what skin type you have is important, as you can then choose the best products and treatments to maintain healthy, glowing skin. To determine the exact type of skin you have, we run a skin analysis using our high tech machines.

What skincare products can I use while pregnant?
There are many safe products to use while pregnant. When considering a product, be sure the ingredients don’t include retinols, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and hydroquinone, to name a few.

How much skincare is too much?
Skincare is important, but you can overdo it. The perfect balance of products should leave your skin feeling hydrated and soft to the touch. It shouldn’t feel tight, dry, or “squeaky clean.” We recommend discussing how much products to use, with your medical provider/aesthetician.

Do skincare products expire?
Skincare products do not last forever. Once opened, these products have a limited shelf life. The exposure to air and bacteria over time can break them down. If used past the expiration date, the product may not be effective or could cause an adverse reaction.

What is the return Policy

Please note: The return or exchange must be initiated within 45 days upon purchase the items. It generally willtake 1 - 10 business days to get your refund. Shipping fees, rush order fees will not be refunded. And we do not take the responsibility for return and exchange shipping fees. We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us soon. The refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us. The actual price will be affected by the discount or promotion, coupon code, Dapper Don Co points and so on you have applied at the time when you purchased. How to return & exchange The products must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Send an email at team@dapperdon.com to state the product(s) and the reason you wish to return or exchange (including photos or videos which show the damaged or defective products). Once your return request is approved, you can send the product(s) to our address for return. Please do not return the product without the consent of our customer service staff. Return the parcel. And We recommend you to take out insurance and keep your shipping receipt until your return request has been processed. Dapper Don Co is not responsible for loss or damageof the package in transit. When received the returned package, we will checked the package’s conditions. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a refund. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you find a part is missing in the packaging or the item you receive is incorrect, please contact us at team@dapperdon.com with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund. ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED If you receive the item that doesn’t match the description in the website, please contact us at with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. NOT eligible for returns & exchanges Returns are acceptable within 30 days of your purchase being postmarked and delivered. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange the product(s) for you If there are more than 30 days from the start of delivery.
